My two Substacks are home to my writings from a professional perspective.

This one, Fran Writes About Learning has regular posts on the world of learning, development, AI, Data and related topics. As a Learning Technologies Strategist, and a former teacher and advisor, my interests span the world of learning, development and progression, from early compulsory education through to post-retirement.

The other one, Learning Theory Unpacked, is a collaboration with another learning geek, and has monthly posts on learning theories, but with a difference. We’re taking the approach of using narrative and storytelling form, ditching the academic jargon, and making theories immediately relevant and usable for everyone in their everyday practice.
